We had the pleasure of attending the Nissan Social Media Data Challenge yesterday to develop a solution for sentiment monitoring and identifying trends and issues related to its brand. We had the ability to speak to Nissan technologists to understand the data sets and how to best use them alongside open social media data.
Today, we were delighted to present our solution to a jury panel of Nissan experts.
